Two Shopware shops from the health and food sectors — one focusing on performance and product data, the other with an integrated partner program as a second sales channel.
Shopware 6 online shop for the health and lifestyle brand newXise: clear assortment architecture, fast product pages, smooth checkout.

newXise — Shopware 6 for Functional Food
newXise stands for "clean nutrition" — functional snacks and high-quality nutritional supplements. Such a product range requires explanation: ingredients, nutritional values, allergens, and application determine the purchase decision. The goal was to find a shop that presents this information transparently without being slow.
We chose Shopware 6 as our foundation—a modern Symfony and Twig stack, a customized storefront theme, and a deliberately limited number of targeted plugins to avoid a proliferation of uncontrolled elements, ensuring the shop remains easily updatable. We designed the information architecture with a few strong main entry points, consistent attributes, clean filters, and descriptive URLs: finding rather than searching. Performance was a focus on measurable metrics—properly managing image formats, lazy loading, well-organized scripts, and planned caching, all aimed at low LCP and smooth CLS. In the background, the shop seamlessly passes order, inventory, and accounting data to the ERP, payment, and accounting systems.

Performance work on LCP, CLS and interaction
ERP, payment and accounting seamlessly integrated
Result: A shop that supports purchasing decisions instead of sabotaging them — performance, UX, SEO and processes conceived as one system, not as separate construction sites.
Shopware online shop for Ethno Health products in the field of naturopathy and dietary supplements, with an integrated affiliate partner program.

Ethno Health — Shopware with integrated partner program
Ethno Health sells natural health and nutritional supplement products. A large portion of its revenue is generated not through traditional advertising, but through recommendations from therapists, consultants, and partners. The new online shop had to be able to technically support this sales channel.
We rebuilt the Shopware store and made the partner program the core of the project: Referral partners receive their own links and terms, referrals are tracked precisely, and payments are processed transparently. This creates a second, predictable sales channel alongside the traditional store. The design called for a clear, professional presentation that showcases health products in a high-quality way, with clear category and product displays for a product range that requires explanation, and a seamless checkout process. We handle the design, technical implementation, and ongoing support.

Result: A second sales channel that takes place not alongside the shop, but within it — with clear attribution of each brokered order.
The part that distinguishes a B2B project from a B2C shop
A B2B shop is rarely a B2C shop with different pricing. It starts where each customer has their own terms, where orders are placed and only then approved, and where the price list comes from the ERP system rather than the shop itself. Shopware 6 already includes customer groups, customer-specific pricing, and order lists; customer hierarchies, quotes, and approval processes are added via the B2B component.
What matters most in a project is rarely the range of functions, but rather which prices apply to which customers and where they are maintained. Therefore, the B2B concept and ERP integration should be part of the same planning – otherwise, someone will end up maintaining prices twice. We describe the individual components in detail under Shopware B2B Features , Quick Order Functions , and B2B and B2C in One System.
We specialize in exactly this configuration: Shopware 6 with B2B and B2C views in one shop, connected to the merchandise management system behind it.

Product advisor or product finder in Shopware 6 – what is the difference?
Two terms from the Shopware Store that often mean the same thing – and the three points where they really differ.
Neither the product advisor nor the product finder are core functions of Shopware 6. Both are extensions from the Shopware Store, and the names are not protected there: one provider calls a question-based tool a "product finder," another calls a configurable filter a "product advisor." So you can't tell what you're getting from the name alone—but you can from three points below it.
First: point-based rating or hard filtering. This is the crucial difference. A weighted product advisor evaluates each question individually—a technical requirement might count more heavily than a color preference—and sorts the results by relevance. This always produces a result. A filter-based product finder, on the other hand, narrows down the results drastically: each answer reduces the number of options, and an unfavorable combination results in an empty list. For product ranges that require explanation, this often determines the final selection.
Second: questions or facets. A guided, step-by-step path only requires the customer to provide answers; a filter view requires them to know the criteria themselves. Some extensions offer both views, leaving the choice open. Third: the database. Both approaches access Shopware properties and dynamic product groups. If the properties are not properly maintained, neither the product advisor nor the product finder will be of any use—the effort usually lies there, not in the extension itself.
Both are typically integrated as CMS elements within the shopping experience; some extensions can only be used once per shopping experience, which becomes apparent early on when dealing with multiple product ranges. We've compiled a list of other extensions we regularly use under " Best Shopware 6 Plugins ." We've also previously compared two similarly named Shopware tools: Rule Builder and Flow Builder.

Cancellation button in Shopware 6 – mandatory since June 19, 2026
Since June 19, 2026, online cancellations must be possible in online shops – with reference to the order and documented confirmation. Shopware 6 provides a customer account and order overview, but no cancellation function. The stumbling block in practice is guest orders: those who ordered without an account must also be able to cancel – and the obvious method via a logged-in account is not designed for this.

What is the difference between the product advisor and the product finder in Shopware 6?
Both are extensions from the Shopware Store, not core functions—and the names are used inconsistently there. The crucial point is the underlying mechanics: A product advisor with a points-based rating system weights the answers and sorts them by relevance, thus always delivering a result. A filter-based product finder, on the other hand, is much more restrictive and can return zero results with an unfavorable combination of criteria. Both access Shopware properties and dynamic product groups; this is where the real effort usually lies. The difference is explained in detail further up on this page.

Shopware agency for Lübeck, Kiel and Schleswig-Holstein
Our office is located in Tornesch, northwest of Hamburg. The distance to Lübeck or Kiel has little impact on our working methods: coordination is primarily digital, on-site meetings are possible within the region, and the contact person remains the same throughout the entire project.
Three reasons regularly bring customers from this region to us: migration to Shopware 6 from an outdated legacy system, B2B shops for wholesalers and manufacturers with their own customer terms, and the integration of the merchandise management system so that prices and stock levels do not have to be maintained in two places.
