Videotronic-Nord is an online shop based on Magento.
The main topic here was automated product synchronization with the supplier. Once a night, all attributes are checked, new products are retrieved, discontinued products are automatically deleted, images and PDFs (instructions, manufacturer information) are uploaded and assigned to the items.
The stock level is synchronized with the manufacturer every 5 minutes to ensure that the products are in stock.
We access the data via SFTP. This extension was developed by us for Magento 1; a version for Magento 2 will follow shortly.
