As Head of E-Commerce at "L. Küchenwelt," I was tasked with revamping our existing online shop and optimizing it in terms of performance, user-friendliness, and functionality. For the technical implementation, we chose Magento due to its flexibility and extensibility, and selected Storetown-Media as our implementation partner.
The project began with an intensive analysis phase in which Storetown-Media evaluated our existing processes and the architecture of our online shop. Based on this analysis, they developed a customized plan for redesigning and optimizing our shop. A key focus was on improving product presentation and the search function to provide our customers with a faster and more satisfying shopping experience.

Following the successful implementation of the revamped Magento shop, we observed a significant improvement in performance and user experience.
