"Future-oriented redesign of our B2B online shop with Shopware and Storetown-Media"

In my role as Digital Transformation Manager, I faced the challenge of not only visually revamping our B2B online shop but also taking its functionality to the next level. Given the complexity of our product portfolio and the specific requirements of our business customers, finding a high-performance and flexible solution was crucial. We ultimately chose Shopware as our platform and Storetown-Media as our implementation partner.

The project aimed to create a seamless and efficient order processing system for our business customers, with a clear focus on user-friendliness and technical precision. Storetown-Media began with a thorough Analysis our previous online sales strategies and identified key areas for improvement and innovation.

A key aspect of the project was the development of a customized user interface specifically tailored to the needs of our B2B customers. This included implementing a personalized dashboard area where customers can easily manage their orders, deliveries, and invoices. Storetown-Media implemented this feature with great care, creating genuine added value for our users.

Furthermore, the integration of a configurator for technical components, enabling customers to customize products according to their specific requirements, was a critical success factor. Storetown-Media's technical implementation of this complex requirement was impressive and exceeded our expectations.

The switch to Shopware and the collaboration with Storetown-Media enabled us to take a significant step towards digitalization and customer satisfaction. By redesigning our online shop, we were able to considerably improve the user experience for our business customers and make our internal processes more efficient.
