As e-commerce manager at "L. Küchenwelt", I was faced with the task of renewing our existing online shop and regarding Performance to optimize user-friendliness and functionality. For the technical implementation, we chose Magento, due to its flexibility and expandability, and chose Storetown-Media as our implementation partner.
The project began with an intensive analysis phase in which Storetown-Media evaluated our existing processes and the architecture of the online shop. Based on this Analysis They developed a tailor-made plan for redesign and optimization of our shop.
