About Jan-Hendrik

I am an e-commerce manager and web designer with over 14 years of experience in the digital commerce world. My focus is on the strategic, technical, and operational support of online shops – in both the B2C and B2B sectors.

I develop and optimize e-commerce processes with a clear goal: greater efficiency, better customer experiences, and measurable results. I work with leading shop systems such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopware, Shopify, and JTL.

Technically, I bring in-depth expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL) and am experienced in interface and API management as well as in connecting ERP and PIM systems. UX/UI optimization, automation, and KPI-based reporting are as much a part of my daily work as managing projects through all phases – from planning to go-live.

I support companies in developing their digital sales strategy, selecting technical platforms and systematically expanding them – across channels and in compliance with the law.
